At SX AM TRACK, we are committed to delivering high-quality services with transparency and accountability. To ensure a smooth experience for our clients, we follow a structured refund and cancellation policy:
- All projects are clearly defined and discussed in advance to minimize the chances of cancellations or disputes.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work.
- In case of mutual termination, clients will retain the work completed up to that point, and payments for any remaining or future work will be refunded.
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days if the client decides to switch to another service provider.
- No refunds will be provided for special marketing services or same-day delivery cancellations.
- Refunds will not be applicable in cases involving violation of terms or issues caused by third-party services.
- If a client is not satisfied, a refund (excluding administrative and installation fees) may be requested within 30 days, subject to evaluation.
Approved refunds are processed within one business day and are issued through the original mode of payment.
